Refund policy

We fully respect that you might have a change of heart, you can always return your purchases within 14 days after you received your delivery. Since we are a small business we do charge for any returned items, other than those that are damaged at delivery. All returned items must be in the same condition that you have received and send back in its original packaging and parcel.

 

 

To return your items please follow these steps:

1. Repackage your product(s) in the original box with sufficient protection
2. Email us with your intent to return your purchase at info@glam4you.nl
3. We’ll Email you back with a return label
4. Print out this label and affix to your package with purchase
5. Drop off at your nearest post office or post service point [or is there a service for PostNL to pick it up at home?].

 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

 

For the transportation of a return, you are responsible for any damage or loss. We therefore strongly recommend the use of a trackable and insured shipping service.

 

Once we have received your return, we will refund you for the returned items, minus the cost of return shipping to your original method of payment.
